We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developers -CSM-FSM-ITOM

Job Responsibilities:
  • Strong experience implementation with Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM) and ITIL Processes/ Functions with at least 1-2 implementations is mandatory.
  • Experience in ServiceNow development and enhancements in CSM, FSM and ITOM
  • Experience in customizations including Workflow for CSM and FSM modules based on requirements including Dash boards for Sales Lead, Field Agents
  • Use industry good practice for an FSM implementation, set‑up FSM/CSM configuration, Configure Work Order, Asset and CSM/FSM integrations scenarios and CSM/FSM Performance Analytics Dashboard
  • Experience in ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping including Cloud and custom pattern, probes, Event Management with ITSM knowledge
  • Experience in IT Operations experience in storage, network and compute of enterprise environments with Scripting with PowerShell, wmi, ssh, python, JavaScript.
  • Experience with Discovery Tools, Discovery, Orchestration, Event, SIEM, Vulnerability tools
  • Experience in project delivery and working directly with customers and client.
  • Experience of JavaScript to create Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions, create various workflows, configure and create Customized Widgets in Portal
  • Expertise in import/export of configuration/ asset data, inventory, and Transformation maps.
  • Experience of Web Services (XML, HTML, Web Services, REST, etc.) and Integration hub to integrate with other ERPs for data populations
  • Evaluates detailed business requirement and translate into technical design components to acts as an expert in ITOM and CSM/FSM Modules, UI Actions, Business Rules, Workflow, etc.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow workflow configuration and Flow Designer.
  • Ability to write AngularJS widgets for the Service Portal.
  • Excellent understanding and experience of Omni-Channel, agent workspace, customer central, Case management.
  • Experience with Agile (e.g Scrum, Kanban).
  • Should have a good understanding about domain separation
  • Should have experience in integrations including AD, MID Server and third-party tools like SAP, Monitoring tools using web services, SOAP, REST, Integration Hub etc.

Primary Qualifications:

  • Around 5 years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Around 6-8 years of total IT experience

Preferred skills:

  • ITIL certified
  • ServiceNow Admin certified
  • ServiceNow CIS – CSM Certified
  • ServiceNow CIS – FSM Certified.
  • ServiceNow CIS -ITOM Certified or Discovery Specialist
