Our Client is one of the leading event management companies; the company carries out various events like singing, dancing, etc., in all parts of India.

The Company used to face significant challenges due to not having its own platform where itcou ld connect with consumers, sell tickets and improve its brand perception. The company used a third-party platform to host its events. This reduced their profit as a significant chunk of revenue (8% – 14%) was taken by the aggregator as a commission.
