We are looking for a ServiceNow Services Executive (SNOW SE)

Job Description:

The ServiceNow Services Executive (SNOW SE) will be responsible for the opportunity management in designated strategic accounts, in coordination with the existing sales team.  Additional responsibilities involve ability to obtain the highest levels of C-SAT scores.

Each SNOW SE to ensure Customers or clients fully utilize their ServiceNow investment by deploying plans for utilizing full suite of licensed ServiceNow products. Such plans need development with a close and strong partnership with the entire existing sales resources.

The SNOW SE role is responsible for ensuring that each proposal is structured to showcase the revenue to be highlighted in a predictable and timely fashion and with minimal risk of revenue being withdrawn or reduced versus initial contract expectation. This role will work with the Delivery organization to provide expected revenue performance numbers, versus the plan.

Job Responsibilities:
  • SPOC for the customer with close interaction with ServiceNow’s Expert.
  • Sold project based professional services around software solutions or application services
  • Help drive the overall Success Services portfolio.
  • New business focused role with some account management
  • Work with the existing sales teams to ensure that Expert and Success services are appropriately positioned on all designated accounts.
  • Ensure developed proposals full suite of licensed SNOW product be deployed not just that which might be needed for a first project
  • Good rapport building and interpersonal skills
  • Ideally ITIL Foundation
  • Ideally formal Solution Sales Trained
  • Drive the client so to enable him provide our references all over their business contacts
  • Ensure successful transition to the Delivery organization through comprehensive briefings and handover
  • Identify business development plans for accounts with low customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that each services contract enables revenue to be recognized in a timely and consistent fashion with minimal risk of detrimental revenue adjustment

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling professional services and/or solutions in the software industry
  • Consultative sales experience is required, SNOW Sales experience an added plus
  • Ability to build and collaborate strong relationships within the internal and external ecosystem, ensuring proper engagement with core teams and customers
  • Excellent communication skills analytical skills and thorough understanding of cloud application technology and trends
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota and key success metrics
  • Cross-functional teamwork skills with proven ability to handle tough conversations and challenging meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Display a balance of strategic and tactual skills with a high level of intellectual agility
  • Strong focus on ownership and execution against deadlines while managing multiple opportunities at a time
  • MBA (Sales & Marketing) degree is desired
